The cultural tourism project of Liuyang H ±₽§echeng section is a key ♦ ¥project in Changsha CiΩαty, of which the comprehensive project of touri♠φst reception and operation cen§ ter is located around the Sky Theater in Guank✔¥ou Street, covering an area of about 146,¥λ 700 square meters with a total investment of a☆α×♥bout 130 million yuan.
The sub-project of the cultur₽₹€♥al tourism project in the Liuyang Hecheng '♥®section - the comprehensive project of the touris←♣¶ t reception and operation c©↓enter (parking lot) is under constr&φuction.
It is understood that the project planning inclu≥≈Ω₩des walking trails, squares, parki£ΩΩ∑ng lots, water supply an♦↑d drainage, integrated pipelines, strλ ong and weak electricity, laδ≤ ♣ndscape greening, lighting, landscape restaurσ₽ants, management rooms&ε£, public toilets, sentry boxes, whar∏≠ves and ancillary facilities.

The interior of the Sky Theatre will also uδπ↓♠sher in new changes. λ •σAccording to the relevant person in charge∑★← of Liufa Group, in 2025γα, it will focus on promoting the exp☆£€ansion and quality improvement of the Sky Theat₹φer area, including the upgr•↓ading and transformation of th×∞₹e Liuheban camp and the south and north β©€±areas of the fireworks camp, and adding firewor≥ ♦ ks art stands, viewing w± ooden houses and other viewing areas, which $&✘are expected to add more than 2,♦§↓®000 seats to provide ci×"ε≠tizens and tourists ÷≠×with a more comfortable "firew♣₹↑orks encounter" eγ₩xperience.
At the same time, the transporta®"↓tion network around the Sky Theater will be f™¥urther improved, and the conα₩struction of Jincheng Avenue §₹ widening, protective green belt,δ♥ Liuyang Hedong Road and otherπ→☆< projects will be completed, σ★β♦and Cuiyuan Road, Shuijia Road, Hu♠ασ•dong Road and other roads will be connec♠ ted.
In order to drive the upgrading of the city&↓φ≠α#39;s quality and prom™₩×ote the development of the c<ultural tourism industry, Liuyang will also incπ±rease the market-oriented investm♦₽σent attraction of the Sky Theater B, buil↔₽d the Jintan Culture, Tour±>™ism and Business Comprehensive Area on the o↑ther side of the Liuyang γ∞←River, and build the Sky Theater into≥φ a world-class fireworks viewing £≥≈place and tourist destination.
